I've been working on my old project of The Big Gay Book of Fairytales recently (also largely untouched) because even though some projects take ages to finish, I'm going to keep doing them because the time's going to pass anyway whether I accomplish anything or not. Progress!

God that thing was a calorie bomb. I had only the merest sliver and I could feel myself lapsing into a diabetic coma. What a way to go though.
t's not clear from this text that several recent drug approvals were for rare diseases wherever the patient communities square measure terribly little. That severely limits the amount of patients accessible to run multiple trials and to use the standard population based mostly endpoints.
